   * Update 001-version-date.patch to build with Debian version in mind.
   * Update 002-helptext_alignment.patch to fix the horizontal alignment of
     the help text.
   * Update 003-helptext_line_wrapping.patch to fix the help text line
     wrapping for small resolutions (text mode and small graphics modes).
   * Update 004-fix_disabled_floppy.patch to fix disabled floppy drives
     by reverting commit 5a887fc1b0c8947116bb96850cd83af854665c49.
   * Update 005-enable_cdrom_driver.patch to enable ATAPI CD-ROM driver for
     old BIOS without CD-ROM support.
   * Add 006-fix_bootlace_dos.patch to fix bootlace.com not writing to the
     MBR under DOS without EBIOS.
   * Add 007-bootlace_clear_keyboard_buffer.patch to clear bootlace.com's
     keyboard buffer when a key is typed to avoid printing it on the DOS
     command prompt.
   * Add 008-fix_bootlace_floppy_display.patch to skip the size display for
     floppy drives, since it only makes sense for hard drives.
   * Compile for i386 to be usable for retrocomputing.
   * Increase the verbosity of the zip package creation with zip_build.
   * Update debhelpter to 10.
     - Disable parallel builds.
     - Remove dh-autoreconf and autotools-dev dependencies.
   * Add workaround for missing checks for gcc 5 and newer.
